Since 2018, I have been active in the United Arab Emirates, where through ZeroTax I have been assisting entrepreneurs with the setup and structuring of their businesses. From this network, a clear need emerged for strategic guidance in real estate investments in Dubai. This led to the creation of Dubai Vastgoed. Dubai Vastgoed is not a traditional real estate brokerage, but a strategic partner that oversees the entire trajectory: from analysis and acquisition to leasing, management, and wealth structuring, including wills and life insurance. Even after the investment has been made, we remain actively involved to optimize returns and manage risk. We consciously do not follow the standard sales-driven model that dominates the market. No superficial sales talk, but well-founded decisions based on data, market insights, and a long-term vision. Our approach is built on one principle: sustainable value creation throughout the entire lifecycle of every investment.
